MoJVE Consulting Group is a multi-faceted company that partners with businesses and individuals who desire creative ways to increase visibility, disrupt common practices, and add value to products and services.

I am the owner, Erika Monique and I started my career as a production assistant at a local record label and several production companies, and worked my way to business manager and consultant. My love of helping others create and reach goals lead me to start MoJVE, providing business management and representation to musicians, artists, and others in the creatives, later adding professional services, coaching, and consulting to startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs.

New business creation, development, and management are my specialties- with multiple degrees in Business Management with a concentration on small business and entrepreneurship, an MBA specializing in general business, numerous certifications in negotiations, new business formation and funding, and approximately 30 years of coaching others to success.
